When I try to connect my PC it says ‘Connection to My Expat Network Failed’

Please download and install TAP-Win32 adapter via this link:

Then connect to VPN again

If the problem persists, please send us (Support) the connection log:
Double click the small StreamVPN icon in your system tray (usually the bottom right of your screen) to reveal the log, then select all log text (CTRL-a), copy (Ctrl-c) and paste (Ctrl-v) the complete log details into an email to us.
