How to obtain username and password (subscription created after 29/Jun/2016)

Note: Account password and VPN password can be the same but are not related and changing one will not affect the other.

To obtain your Username (for our VPN application), please log in to our website https://billing.streamvpn.com/account/login

with your email and password and select SUBSCRIPTIONS.

On the right hand side you should see VPNusername

If you did not change it, your initial VPNpassword is the same as the account password

If you don't remember your VPN password, please choose "Change VPN password" option.
