Can't start StreamVPN - "Unidentified developer" or "Move to bin"

Basically, you just need to find StreamVPN file in Applications folder in Finder, and press Control+click on the file and select Open (and once again -> Open)
(you may need to do this twice)

New version of Mac OS has a new feature to prevent you from installing applications that are not certified by Apple.
This is the way to go around it:
(Big Sur (11), Monterey (12)):
https://macpaw.com/how-to/unidentified-developer-mac
older OS (Mountain Lion (10.8) to Catalina (10.15)):

And if you have newest OS (Sonoma, Sequoia, Tahoe or later)
